A friendly family of believers in the heart of Medford
New England Baptist Church is a group of ordinary people seeking an extraordinary God. We are a King-James-Bible-believing, independent Baptist church located in historic Medford Square.
Who We Are
For generations, New England Baptist Church has been a spiritual home for families across the Greater Boston area. We exist to glorify God by preaching the Gospel, discipling believers, and serving our community with the love of Christ.
Whether you are new to church or have walked with the Lord for decades, you will find a warm welcome here. Our services blend traditional hymns with heartfelt preaching, and our ministries reach every age group — from nursery to seniors.

Pastor Joseph Hawkins has led New England Baptist Church since 2018. Together with his wife Esther and their five children, the Hawkins family is committed to shepherding this flock with grace and truth.
